Sugoi Niboshi Ramen Nagi Works with TableBridge on Brand Standards for New and Existing Overseas Markets

TableBridge will document and translate store operation standards for new markets and work with overseas partners on brand quality.

TableBridge, operated by Office Felicidad, Inc., has signed a license materials agreement with Nagi Spirits Japan, which operates popular ramen brands including “Sugoi Niboshi Ramen Nagi”, and has begun practical support for its international expansion.

Why this brand travels

Sugoi Niboshi Ramen Nagi started in 2004 as a pop-up in Shinjuku Golden Gai. Today it operates multiple restaurants in Japan and is accelerating its global business in markets including Taiwan, the Philippines and North America. The brand has won the TRY Ramen Award and has been featured by international media such as Bloomberg.

What TableBridge will do

  • Setting, documenting and translating standards for store operations for new markets
  • Standardizing brand quality and operations at existing overseas restaurants
  • Communication with overseas partners and project management

What this means for operators

Clear, translated operating standards make it easier for a partner to run a Japanese brand the way it is run in Japan. TableBridge works between the brand and the operator, from first inquiry and license terms to site visits, training and opening.
