4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:
With Japanese restaurant brands. Where you proceed beyond initial screening and request introductions or interviews, we share relevant information about you and your company with the Japanese brands concerned so that they can evaluate a potential partnership. We share business assessment information for this purpose and handle confidential information in accordance with the confidentiality terms of our service agreement.
With service providers. We use third parties that support our operations, such as interpreters and translators, our electronic signature provider, communication and video-conferencing tools, analytics providers, and IT and hosting providers. 5. Confidentiality of brand information
Information you obtain from us, including our non-identifiable brand list and related materials, is confidential and is provided to you for evaluation purposes only. Your obligations regarding the confidentiality and non-disclosure of that information, and your obligation not to circumvent us by contacting listed brands directly, are set out in our service agreement and apply in addition to this Privacy Policy.
6. Cookies and analytics
The Website may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. We may use analytics services (such as Google Analytics) that set cookies and collect usage information to help us measure and improve performance. The information collected by these tools is governed by the relevant provider's own privacy policy.
You can usually control or disable cookies through your browser settings. If you disable certain cookies, some features of the Website may not function properly.

Terms of Service
Effective date: 2026/6/24
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at www.table-bridge.com (the "Website") and the services offered through it (the "Services") by Office Felicidad, Inc., which operates the TableBridge service ("TableBridge", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing the Website, submitting an inquiry, or otherwise using the Services, you ("you", "Operator", or "Partner") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or the Services.
1. About TableBridge
TableBridge is operated by:
Office Felicidad, Inc. 4-23-12, Ebisu, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo 150-0013, Japan Email: hello@office-flcd.com
TableBridge supports overseas restaurant operators who wish to bring Japanese restaurant brands to their markets. The Website introduces a non-identifiable list of Japanese restaurant brands and provides related support services.
2. Relationship between these Terms and the Service Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the Website and your initial inquiry and screening process. They do not, by themselves, create any obligation on us to provide paid services to you.
The provision of paid Services is governed by a separate written service agreement (the "Service Agreement") entered into between you and TableBridge after screening, typically executed electronically. If there is any conflict between these Terms and an executed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement prevails with respect to the matters it covers.
3. The Services
Subject to screening and to the terms of the Service Agreement, the Services may include:
Access to a non-identifiable list of Japanese restaurant brands, currently provided free of charge after screening.
Arrangement and facilitation of online interviews and consultations with Japanese brands.
Bilingual support, interpretation, and meeting summaries.
Support for license negotiations and other additional services, which may be quoted separately.
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you advance notice of material changes that affect an active engagement.
4. Eligibility and screening
The Services are intended for businesses and their authorized representatives. To access the brand list and related Services, you must apply through the prescribed process and submit the information we request, which may include a company profile, financial information, a list of major shareholders and directors, and responses to our questionnaires.
We conduct document reviews and online interviews and grant access only to applicants we consider qualified. We are under no obligation to disclose our screening criteria, and we may decline or revoke access at our discretion, including where information provided is inaccurate or incomplete.
You represent that all information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent.
5. Fees and payment
5.1 No monthly charge (current model). At present, there is no monthly or subscription fee for overseas Operators. You can generally enter into the Service Agreement without an ongoing charge, provided you agree to the use of your company name and logo as described in Section 7.
5.2 Event-based fees. Fees are charged on a per-event basis at specific milestones, such as the arrangement of an online interview and the conclusion of a partnership agreement. The applicable fees, amounts, and milestones are set out in the Service Agreement and any separate quotation. Interviews are scheduled after we confirm receipt of the applicable payment.
5.3 Currency, taxes, and charges. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are stated and payable in U.S. Dollars (USD). You are responsible for any exchange-rate differences, bank charges, and applicable taxes, duties, or withholdings.
5.4 Future changes. We may introduce additional fees, including a possible future monthly or subscription fee, or revise our fee schedule in response to market conditions. We will provide advance notice of such changes as set out in the Service Agreement, and any new recurring fee will apply only on a forward-looking basis and as agreed with you.
6. Confidentiality and non-circumvention
Information you obtain from us, including the non-identifiable brand list and related materials, is confidential and provided for evaluation purposes only. You agree not to disclose, leak, or reproduce such information to any third party.
You agree not to directly contact or negotiate with any brand on the list without our involvement (non-circumvention). These obligations are further described in, and supplemented by, the Service Agreement.
7. Use of your name and logo
You agree that we may use and display your company name and logo on our Website, marketing materials, and social media to indicate a partnership or working relationship. You can request that we stop such use by contacting us, and we will cease further use within a reasonable period, subject to materials already in circulation.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Website and in our materials, including the non-identifiable brand list, text, graphics, logos, and the TableBridge name and branding, is owned by us or our rightful licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use such materials only for the purpose of evaluating a potential partnership and as permitted by these Terms and the Service Agreement. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
9. No guarantee; disclaimers
We provide the Services with due care and use reasonable efforts to facilitate appropriate matching and support. However, we do not guarantee that the Services will result in any successful matching or the execution of any license or partnership agreement, or any particular business outcome.
The Website and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and except as otherwise set out in the Service Agreement, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Website and Services is limited as provided in the Service Agreement. Where no such limit applies, our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
11. Prohibited conduct

Provide false, misleading, or unauthorized information.

Circumvent us in dealings with listed brands as described in Section 6.
Interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, our systems, or other users' data.

12. Term and termination
These Terms apply while you use the Website or Services. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website or Services at any time if you breach these Terms or the Service Agreement, or where we reasonably consider it necessary. The term, renewal, and termination of any paid engagement are governed by the Service Agreement.
13. Anti-social forces
You represent and warrant that neither you nor your officers or major shareholders are organized crime groups or other anti-social forces. Any breach of this representation entitles us to terminate our relationship with you immediately.
14. Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, pandemics, or changes in laws and regulations.
15. Third-party links and services
The Website may link to or rely on third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective date" above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Website or Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website or Services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
